*REGISTRATION

1) Make the registration at the Information Desk of Asian World located on the 2nd floor of the Comptition Venue.　The desk is open on June. 15 from 17:00 to 20:00.

2) Starting fee is JPY5,000 per category of GD., and JPY7,000 per category of PD. Please pay at the Information Desk. We accept only Japanese yen, no other currencies.

3) If you arrive after the closing time of the Information Desk, please register next day (June. 16) at the floor side Information Desk in the Competiton venue . There, please pay the starting fee.
All couple should pick up your number tag on the competition day at the imformation desk for oversea.



by 8:30 am for WDSF-PD-OPEN STANDARD couples,
by 9:20 am for WDSF OPEN-Latin couples,
by 13:50 pm for WDSF-PD-OPEN-Latin.
by 14:20 pm for WDSF-Open-Standard couples,

*SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

1) We are going to organized a shuttle bus between the Itami airport and the hotel hankyu expopark(the competition venue) to transfer the couples/adjudicators.

2) If you come on your own using a public transportation, the nearest train station to the Competition venue is Banpakukouen of Osaka monorail. From the station, it takes about 5 minutes’ walk to the Hotel. please click bellow if you want to know how to go to the hotel from the station.

The fee of Monorail between Osaka Itami airport and Banpaku kinen kouen is 370 JPY。

The Time Schedule of Monorail is as bellow.
The blue(left)is for Mon.-Fri. The Red(right)is for Sat Sun and Holiday(in Japan).



The fee of Monorail between Senri-Chuo and Banpaku kinen kouen is 250 JPY.

*GRAND CEREMONY ON THE COMPETITION DAY (June. 16)

All participates of WDSF section can join the GRAND CEREMONY. The ceremony will start form 15:26. Semifinalist of JDSF section can join the GRAND CEREMONY. participates line up by national.

*LUNCH & DRINKING WATER

1) Food is not very much available in the venue except for bananas, some bottled water provided by the Organizer. It may be better to bring your own food.

2) You could buy foods in advance at supermarkets and convenience stores in the expocity where it takes 6 minutes by foot from competition venue.

All competitor enter to the floor from waiting room as follow.

The currency exchange is not available at the hotel.
We recommend you to exchange the money to JPY at the airport, or in your country.
